Weapon systems

Sagem (Safran) boasts world-class expertise in infrared detection, navigation and data/image processing.

Sagem proposes high-performance equipment for aircraft weapon systems; its infrared seekers, for example, equip MBDA’s Mistral ground-to-air and Mica air-to-air missiles.

Building on this expertise, Sagem has developed the AASM family of precision guided air-to-ground weapons. Sagem also specializes in mission planning/debriefing systems and air operations command/management systems.
