The world’s leading supplier of wheels and carbon brakes on mainline commercial jets (over 100 seats), Messier-Bugatti (Safran) outfits more than 3,500 jetliners worldwide.

Messier-Bugatti-Dowty, the Safran’s aircraft braking specialist, Airbus and Boeing partner, provides wheels and carbon brakes for mainline commercial jets (over 100 seats), as well as military tankers (C-17, A400M, KC-135) and combat aircraft (Mirage 2000 and Rafale fighters), and also regional and business aircraft (ATR 72 turboprop commuter, Falcon and Learjet 85 bizjets), and helicopters. Messier-Bugatti -Dowty has leveraged its engineering expertise to become a full-fledged systems integrator and supplier of complete braking systems, spanning brakes, braking control systems, steering and monitoring (brakes, tires, landing gear). Messier-Bugatti-Dowty offers brakes and wheels based on eco-design and eco-production principles.
Its customer support organization provides a full range of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for all landing systems and the associated hydraulic equipment., ensuring more comprehensive and streamlined services for all customers.
